This time I would like to give you some healthy tips to stay alive without cancer attacks! All you have to do is heed my advice below!
- Eat a lot of healthy foods, not junk foods! Why? Junk foods are so unhealthy in every prospect, if you eat a lot of those, hair loss, obesity, diabetes, etc will attack!
If you are living alone without mom, it doesn’t mean you didn’t get to eat healthy foods, learn by yourself, asks for guides instead of searching procedures on internet, books and television.
- Eat fruits every day to keep balance for vitamins, but do not eat too many, because you will get overdose for vitamins intake and you will get the defect on your own body! Do not trust me? Try to eat 30 apples a day and tell me the result!
- Hide and seek with radiation! Don’t let the radiation caught you! Lower (but not too low) your phone/laptop/computer/television contrast, the higher it is, the higher the radiation too! Why not too low? If you lowered too much, your eyes won’t be able to see (of course man) the screen.
- A glass of milk every day, I hope you understand how large the glass should be. Why milk? Because milk is almost everything better than cheese, and other dairy products, why? Some milks are cheaper than the expensive one but yet they supply the same nutrients.
- Exercise, this one I think everyone should do it in an economic way rather than going to gym, well this is only my opinion, you can do exercise at home or anywhere else such as jogging in the morning, help your mom for housework and etc which is more effective (to keep wallet thick).
- Use left ear for receiving phone calls, hearing music, but it will be better if you made it in speaker mode, but beware of the location where you set it.
- My fave number for my fave tips, sleep punctually, do not sleep too late or even overwork yourself for other works, health number one!
- Drink water, rather than alcohol or other drinks! You do not need, but your body needs it!
- Turn off the rice cooker after you cooked the rice, if you want to eat, turn it on 15 minutes before you eat, don’t ask me why, just do it, I’m sure I have no mistake in this.
- Stay positive and kick stress away from your mind! Be happy!
