I type this post when I was in the class break with my lecturer, on 21 December 2017. And yes, Christmas is around corner and this is supposed to be a merry situation where people celebrate Christmas with their love one. But no, I am not feeling good for these all. Today is the last day of Jonghyun – Shinee funeral, and I still can’t accept the fact that he wasn’t in this world anymore, that he would not produce any good music for his fans anymore. I don’t know him well though, but I do know that he light up Kpop World together with Super Junior and Wonder Girls, etc.
His death had taught a lot of people, especially shawols where life is really precious and never underestimated depression. So by here I would like to share some information about depression and if you guys had seen these clues between one of your friends or even acquaintance, kindly help them in ways. It may be a small act for you but who knows whether it can save a life or not.

Feelings:
  • Sadness
  • Hopelessness
  • Guilt
  • Moodiness
  • Angry outbursts
  • Loss of interest in friends, family and favorite activities, including sex
Thoughts:
  • Trouble concentrating
  • Trouble making decisions
  • Trouble remembering
  • Thoughts of harming yourself
  • Delusions and/or hallucinations can also occur in cases of severe depression
Behaviors:
  • Withdrawing from people
  • Substance abuse
  • Missing work, school or other commitments
  • Attempts to harm yourself
Physical problems:
  • Tiredness or lack of energy
  • Unexplained aches and pains
  • Changes in appetite
  • Weight loss
  • Weight gain
  • Changes in sleep – sleeping too little or too much
  • Sexual problems
In my opinion, when a depression got worst, people who suffered depression won’t tell the public openly how they think, because they are like they don’t trust anyone at all. I’m sure that people always had the moment where they felt that they don’t even worth living, maybe by leaving is the best choice and will not hurt a lot of people. But then, are you even sure that when you left, the place you are going will give no more pain for you? Will release you from being hurt? No one ever go there and really come back. The truth is that people who suffer from depression, they just need the courage and people around them to talk to them, help them to open mind slowly. There are more efficient way than the way you thought.
If any of you are afraid of this, you can try to find a psychology for a thoroughly check for your safety. I sincerely hope you have a nice and a long live.

I watched the Korea variety show and saw an artist said that he heard before that we should close the toilet lid when flush. And I was like what? Why should you close it, I personally never did it. And then I was so curious about this kind of topic so it leads me to make this post!

The term “toilet” itself comes from the French “toilette”, which meant “dressing room”. This “toilette” in turn derived from the French “toile”, meaning “cloth”; specifically, referring to the cloth draped over someone's shoulders while their hair was being groomed.

After I heard what the artist said, once I tried to notice what happened when I flush. So I just stand and look over it. It turns out that so uncomfortable! The water that used to flush the toilet splashed out! And I was like OMG what happened. When you flush the toilet, the water will make a cyclone and the air will be contaminated by the germs from water! And if your toilet has a lot of stuffs, such as toothbrush, towels and clothes it will make the germs stick on it!

So it is not totally about how often you cleaned up your toilet bowl. Because no matter how you clean it, when you flush the toilet the germs fly anyway! But that doesn’t mean that you have no a need to was the toilet!

OH and through this post too I will explain a little bit about squat toilet and seat toilet! Actually which toilet is healthier? Yes! As you know it is the squat toilet! Not only hygiene but also because it helps you to easier your excretion! The pose of squat pulls the anus, which only has a little stress on anus which makes poop easier to pass through. And research shown that squat pose uses lesser energy, when you use too much energy to do it, it will makes your cardiovascular weaken and might have some accident (works for those who own these problems).

HOWEVER, if you are in an older age, you might have no energy to do the squat posed so you could use the seat toilet to prevent any bad matter happen.

I remembered when I was in elementary grade. There were twins of sisters, keeps on having nose bleeds, almost every day! So this post was inspired by them!

Tips to stop nosebleeds!

  1. Sit up straight and tip your head slightly forward.
  2. Do not tilt your head back. This may cause blood to run down the back of your throat, and you may swallow it. Swallowed blood can irritate your stomach and cause vomiting. And vomiting may make the bleeding worse or cause it to start again. Spit out any blood that gathers in your mouth and throat rather than swallowing it.
  3. Use your thumb and forefinger to firmly pinch the soft part of your nose shut. The nose consists of a hard, bony part and a softer part made of cartilage. Nosebleeds usually occur in the soft part of the nose. Spraying the nose with a medicated nasal spray (such as Afrin) before applying pressure may help stop a nosebleed. You will have to breathe through your mouth.
  4. Apply an ice pack to your nose and cheeks. Cold will constrict the blood vessels and help stop the bleeding.
  5. Keep pinching for a full 10 minutes. Use a clock to time the 10 minutes. It can seem like a long time. Resist the urge to peek after a few minutes to see if your nose has stopped bleeding.
  6. Check to see if your nose is still bleeding after 10 minutes. If it is, hold it for 10 more minutes. Most nosebleeds will stop after 10 to 20 minutes of direct pressure.
  7. Put a thin layer of a saline- or water-based nasal gel, such as NasoGel, or an antiseptic nasal cream inside your nose. Do not blow your nose or put anything else inside your nose for at least 12 hours after the bleeding has stopped.
  8. Rest quietly for a few hours.
Some causes of nosebleeds:
  1. Inflammation of the mucous membranes - this is usually caused by allergies or possibly by upper respiratory infections.
  2. Dryness to the mucous membranes - decongestant medications and a dry environment can make the inside of the nose dry and make them prone to bleed.
  3. Foreign substances – objects such as peas, cheerios, cocaine, or even steroid nasal sprays can make the nose bleed.
  4. Trauma - yes, being punched in the nose can make it bleed. You probably didn’t need a doctor to tell you that one.
The nose can bleed from two main sources, the front (or anterior) portion, and the back (or posterior) portion.  Anterior nosebleeds are by far the most common, and almost always get better without much medical intervention. Posterior bleeds, on the other hand, can be quite serious; but thankfully, they are relatively rare.
  1. Anterior nosebleeds: Anterior nosebleeds usually originate from a bundle of blood vessels.
  2. Posterior nosebleeds: To point out where a posterior nosebleed occurs would take very long and thin fingers.
Fun Facts!
  • We don’t easily nosebleeds when we meet some sexual situation.
  • There are some cancers that can cause nosebleeds! Leukemia is one of them.
  • Extreme of cold or hot environment can cause nosebleeds.
If you are suffering from nose bleed for a long time, you can consult to doctor in case it is a Posterior nosebleed, since this type of nosebleeds is serious and need surgical intervention.

Can you swim? Do you like the feel of floating above the water? Do you know that there is a sickness named EYE FLOATERS? Let me tell you!
Eye floaters appear as small spots that drift through your field of vision. They may stand out when you look at something bright, like white paper or a blue sky.
They come in many different shapes:
  • Black or gray dots
  • Squiggly lines
  • Threadlike strands, which can be knobby and almost see-through
  • Cobwebs
  • Rings
Most floaters are small flecks of a protein called collagen. They’re part of a gel-like substance in the back of your eye called the vitreous ( humor which plays a crucial role in supporting the posterior side of the lens).
As you age, the protein fibers that make up the vitreous shrink down to little shreds that clump together. The shadows they cast on your retina are floaters. If you see a flash, it’s because the vitreous has pulled away from the retina. If that happens, see your eye doctor ASAP.
These changes can happen at any age, but usually occur between 50 and 75. You’re more likely to have them if you’re nearsighted or have had cataract surgery.
It’s rare, but floaters can also result from:
  • Eye disease
  • Eye injury
  • Diabetic retinopathy
  • Crystal-like deposits that form in the vitreous
  • Eye tumors
If you only have a few eye floaters that don't change over time, don’t sweat it.
Go to the doctor ASAP if you notice:
  • A sudden increase in the number of floaters
  • Flashes of light
  • A loss of side vision
  • Changes that come on quickly and get worse over time
  • Floaters after eye surgery or eye trauma
  • Eye pain
Choose a doctor who has experience with retina problems. If you don’t get help right away, you could lose your sight.

Hi guys! Another short fact about health that I would like to share! Do you guys know that our bodies are weak around 03.00 AM till 04.00 AM?

When it’s around 03.00 AM, asthma attacks are 300 times more likely to happen due to the airways narrowing as adrenaline and anti-inflammatory hormones are at their lowest.

While around 04.00 AM, hospitals tends to receive more patients, because in this time, it is more likely to die the highest possibility is because your blood pressure is at its lowest.

Back to you for your health issues! I knew not everyone knows about amblyopia or lazy eye. Yes it’s a sickness for eyes which usually only occurs in one eye. I’ve been told that I suffered lazy eyes about two years ago so I hope this wordpress will actually help you!

Lazy eyes is usually happens on children with the age of 4, but if you didn’t realize and handle it well, the sickness will stay in your eye as you grow old! What is lazy eyes sickness? This is where your eye didn’t work well together with your brain, so your eye will have the weaker sight. Notices me, it is EYE, not both of your eyes. Your brain will automatically focus more on your eye with better eyesight, so if you didn’t receives treatment, it will get worse. AND again, lazy eyes seldom happen in both of your eyes but, still you got the chance.

How you know if you are amblyopia?

  1. An eye that wanders inward or outward

  2. Eyes that appear to not work together

  3. Poor depth perception

  4. Squinting or shutting an eye

  5. Head tilting

  6. Abnormal results of vision screening tests

If 2-3 of these occur on your eyes, you should really ask for a treatment.

When I worked before, people around me keeps on asking me to remove my eyeglasses, but me, I do not heed their advice. Because I get uncomfortably without glasses, I barely can see letters and even your face. The sales girl who told me that I suffered lazy eyes, teach me few tips so I could get well soon, well for me it’s just too hard to do it in daily.

  1. Uses glasses when you need it.

  2. Try not to overwork your eyes, get rest 3-5minutes for every 30minutes of staying on on computers, phones, televisions.

  3. Patch eyes, close your eye which is stronger.

  4. Seeking more detail advice from professionals.
