Should we clean our belly button???


What is belly button? It is actually a scar left by umbilical cord when you are baby. The cord is used to transport nutrients, oxygen, etc that you need when you are in your mom’s womb!
Is it even okay to clean it? There are a lot of rumors that if you clean it, you will fall sick. But actually you may clean it! Why not? Belly button is considered as an area where bacteria love to have a meeting there. So if you aren’t comfortable with that, obviously you may.  But then, it used to be a umbilical cord, which has thinner and high sensitivity skin so you must handle with care!
How to handle with care?
  1. Do not scratch with your hands!
  2. Clean it with intensive care;
  3. Prepare cotton bud & baby oil.
  4. Dip it.
  5. Poke your navel, better slowly and carefully so it won’t get injured. (change your cotton bud if needed.
  6. Clean until you feel it’s enough.
You don’t have to it for everyday though.
  1. Remember to dry your belly button after bath.

Time to change your bra ladies!


I knew it is Monday and there should not be any post for today but I have something important for you ladies! Yes ladies!, maybe you are a man but you may know about this knowledge, well no harm at all right? So today I am going to share about ‘bra’, yes bra! Do you know that girls should at least own 7 bras in your closet, and you are supposes to change your bra every day or even when it is dirty. The more bra you have, then you won’t be always using the same bra, that means each bra will stay longer at your wardrobe then! But yikes! I am going to tell you when you are going to get a new bra, because I knew obviously, there are a lot of ladies there thinking that why are we supposes to get so many bra when your boobs only need something to hang on? Here you go!
  1. When you feel itchy around your boobs, you should check, did you wash your bra correctly? If you are so sure that you clean it thoroughly, but it is still itchy, there might be bacteria growing already! So get yourself new one!
  2. When bra straps, bra wings and bra hooks don’t work well anymore, get yourself new! How to know they aren’t working well? If bra straps keep on falling off your shoulder, bra wings aren’t elastics anymore, bra hooks are broken. Then you should really throw it out!
  3. Your body has changed, so the bras doesn’t fit you anymore, either it feels tighter or looser.
  4. If you found stain or splotches that can’t wash off no matter how many times you tried, get new one babe!
  5. Bra wire keeps on attacking your boobs. It must be hurt, pitiful boobs.

Lazy Eyes Alert!!!

Back to you for your health issues! I knew not everyone knows about amblyopia or lazy eye. Yes it’s a sickness for eyes which usually only occurs in one eye. I’ve been told that I suffered lazy eyes about two years ago so I hope this wordpress will actually help you!

Lazy eyes is usually happens on children with the age of 4, but if you didn’t realize and handle it well, the sickness will stay in your eye as you grow old! What is lazy eyes sickness? This is where your eye didn’t work well together with your brain, so your eye will have the weaker sight. Notices me, it is EYE, not both of your eyes. Your brain will automatically focus more on your eye with better eyesight, so if you didn’t receives treatment, it will get worse. AND again, lazy eyes seldom happen in both of your eyes but, still you got the chance.

 

How you know if you are amblyopia?

  1. An eye that wanders inward or outward

  2. Eyes that appear to not work together

  3. Poor depth perception

  4. Squinting or shutting an eye

  5. Head tilting

  6. Abnormal results of vision screening tests


If 2-3 of these occur on your eyes, you should really ask for a treatment.

 

When I worked before, people around me keeps on asking me to remove my eyeglasses, but me, I do not heed their advice. Because I get uncomfortably without glasses, I barely can see letters and even your face. The sales girl who told me that I suffered lazy eyes, teach me few tips so I could get well soon, well for me it’s just too hard to do it in daily.

  1. Uses glasses when you need it.

  2. Try not to overwork your eyes, get rest 3-5minutes for every 30minutes of staying on on computers, phones, televisions.

  3. Patch eyes, close your eye which is stronger.

  4. Seeking more detail advice from professionals.

Um hi! I guessed some of you will be busy tomorrow since it is Monday. I had been watching three dramas since a week ago. Let me introduce to you!
1) Signal (2015)
This drama is actually so interesting! It’s mystery, detective and fantasy genre! I love the plot, because it made me think of the words, no wonder, now I get it. This is said to be based on true story. Salute to the author because she really wrote it well! But I guess for those weak minds will not understand the drama, you may watch slowly. (no offense I swear)
2) Tomorrow with you (2017)
Mystery, romance, fantasy all in one! Same with Signal, the drama is not even scientific or logical but it’s killing you inside! And I guess the protagonist might be a dream for you all because he could travel to future! Oops, spoilers!
3) Fight for my way (2017)
This one is more, logical and down to earth drama. It mainly talks about how society works after you work, well for me it is d*mn true because yeah I worked, and I admitted it, those are really the scenes you might get to see when you step in society.
All of these numbers are not based on anything, so just watch it all! I really recommend you to watch these! Yeah in case you are bored and get tired of life, dramas really distress you, at least for me.

Things you should aware of when you are going out to other places


So although holiday is ending soon, but still I would like you to know that there are few things that you would really pay attention in if you are going overseas or even just cross to another island;
  1. Try to minimize your talks, you never know what words of yours will provoke the spiritual element in that area. And the lesser you talk, the lesser people will know about you, but if you want to talk, choose words wisely.
  2. I don’t know if you guys have this superstition, but I do, whenever I checked in to hotel or guest house, before I enter, I always knock the door to actually like showing respect to ‘them’, yeah you know who are them.
  3. Bring meds, any medicines, do not think that you are strong so you have no a need to bring, because it’s useless. But who knows? At least bring some meds for headache and stomachache.
  4. Stick salon pas to navel for you who are alike with dragon slayers which is weak in transportation, this actually helps me, I don’t know if it works for you, but try it! Maybe it works!
  5. For girls, bring enough clothes is already okay, travel to see more and experience more or to show off your outfits? It is heavy you know.
  6. Do not spend on useless thing, but if you can save an hour by just taking bus with 2dollars spent, why not! A hour could make you see more and experience more!
  7. Last but not the least, research the place you are going in case you would get lost in travelling, bring some maps and dictionary which might help you!

People around me don’t sleep well, I’ll share you some of my tips about how I can sleep really fast when I reach my bed.
  1. I never eat a lot before sleep, it’s not the matter that I afraid of getting fat, but I believe the body need balance, so if you eat a lot, your organs gotta work to digest the foods, and they will not be able to work what they should work when we sleep. (when we sleep our organs also work)
  2. I usually watch or play phone until my eyes are weary, then I can sleep comfortably. (which is not so healthy)
  3. I heard people count sheep when they insomnia, but I don’t, I don’t listen to music nor count sheep when I want to sleep, it keeps me stay awake instead of sleepy. When I can’t fall asleep, I let my mind do some imaginations until I am tired and I will fall asleep unconsciously.
These are what I usually do to keep myself sleep-able. I know there are better plans to be not insomnia but, for a person like me which is lazy, I won’t do it.
  1. Having the exercises routine.
  2. Eat the right food with right nutrition.
  3. Do not take a nap too long. A nap is suppose to be 15minutes long only, not an hour or more, it is not a nap anymore if you sleep for over an hour.
  4. Oh and maybe you can try to open up your school textbooks which have the powers to make you feel sleepy within a second.

7 FACTS ABOUT ME THAT YOU WONT EVEN KNOW!

This is the seventh post! So I am going to post something that is related to me, and I am sure you won’t know about these facts!

  1. PHYSICALLY stopped growing since elementary. My height and weight stop in those numbers. Do not try to guess the numbers!
  2. I suspect myself in involving bipolar disorder, where I can change my moods real quick!
  3. I had stopped trying to scare roaches away, because whenever I tried, they approaches me (not run to the opposite side) so basically you can say roaches are the one who perfectly frightened me!
  4. You can say I am 60-70 percent earless! Well it depends on what I am doing to, if you are talking to me when I am doing something, I really won’t care to listen nor reply.
  5. I am afraid of height (I guess this is the reason why I do not grow tall anymore), BUT I would like to try bungee jumping!
  6. I am a fan of amusement park. I will think that whole day is not enough for me to spend in amusement park.
  7. Last but not the least, this is what people always like to ask me but, they won’t believe my answer! Why would you ask me then? I never change my status. And I don’t actually crave for it, because I believe that it will comes to you eventually.

Why you should sleep with lights off!


I hate it when people in my room turn on lights, even nightlights when it’s time to sleep, I can’t sleep! So I am going to share some information for you, who sleep with lights on about why you need to turn off your lights! Don’t give me the reasons that it made you stronger and braver in case you meet any paranormal cases, does light even scare them away? It is useless man.
The whole point is just that, sleeping with lights on is not healthy, if we sleep with lights on, our body won’t produce melatonin hormones! This hormones work as a sleeping aids, it means that it helps you in sleeping. Therefore if you sleep with lights on, there is no hormones that will help you to sleep peacefully and comfortably.
Melatonin hormones also act as an antioxidant, it helps you in fighting cancer, BUT the increase of melatonin will push down and result in decreases of Estrogen hormones. The lower estrogen, the higher chances you got breast cancer! However there is a scientist in the past which made experiments towards two groups of rats. Both of these groups were given breast cancer substances, but only one group was injected melatonin. And of course, the one group with melatonin survived.
Research shows that, blind women have 50% lower chance for suffering from breast cancer than normal woman! Because blind women lives in darkness whole live! (I don’t encourage you to be blind though)
Overall, sleep in a dark room really helps, since melatonin only secretes in darkness!
