People around me don’t sleep well, I’ll share you some of my tips about how I can sleep really fast when I reach my bed.
- I never eat a lot before sleep, it’s not the matter that I afraid of getting fat, but I believe the body need balance, so if you eat a lot, your organs gotta work to digest the foods, and they will not be able to work what they should work when we sleep. (when we sleep our organs also work)
- I usually watch or play phone until my eyes are weary, then I can sleep comfortably. (which is not so healthy)
- I heard people count sheep when they insomnia, but I don’t, I don’t listen to music nor count sheep when I want to sleep, it keeps me stay awake instead of sleepy. When I can’t fall asleep, I let my mind do some imaginations until I am tired and I will fall asleep unconsciously.
- Having the exercises routine.
- Eat the right food with right nutrition.
- Do not take a nap too long. A nap is suppose to be 15minutes long only, not an hour or more, it is not a nap anymore if you sleep for over an hour.
- Oh and maybe you can try to open up your school textbooks which have the powers to make you feel sleepy within a second.
